Research on Multiobjective Optimal Operation Strategy for Wind-Photovoltaic-Hydro Complementary Power System

To address the problems of wind and solar generation volatility lose photovoltaic resources, on basis complementary property wind-solar-water, topology structure wind-solar-water synergy power system is constructed. Taking minimum grid fluctuation index, wind-photovoltaic-hydro discard rate greatest economic effectiveness station as goal functions considering various constraints wind, photovoltaic, hydrostation units, a triobjective optimization running model wind-photovoltaic-water established. Meanwhile, this essay suggests an IMOSSA tent chaotic sequence random wandering strategy to settle described issue. Hubei Pankou example for simulation analysis, after choosing best scheme, compared with MOSSA, MOGWO, NSGA-II, sunny days reduced by 12.39%, 19.5%, 36.71%, respectively; wind-photovoltaic abandonment 11.17%, 22.5%, 38.03%, respectively, while in rainy 8.09%, 18.34%, 47.03%, 14.84%, 16.86%, 40%, respectively. Therefore, it possible demonstrate validity proposed three-objective efficiency solving The operation approach suggested research confirmed case study, providing new idea large-scale consumption energy high-proportion hydropower grids.
